An eyelid primer, brightener, and corrector.
WHAT IT DOES:
Reduces redness while correcting darkness and discoloration for an instantly bright-eyed look. Can be worn alone or to lock shadow in place for stay-true color and wear.
HOW YOU USE IT:
Apply to the center of the lid. Using a Trish laydown brush or your ring finger, press for coverage then sweep to blend from lash to brow and inner corner.

I have always had a hard time keeping shadow on for any length of time. This eye base really works. It gives my eyelids the base it needs to hold the shadow in place without retouching during the day.
