Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for your interest in our store. Please note the following:
- All sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products or gift cards online.
- Exchanges and Refunds may be discussed and handled in the skin care boutique at the Mountain Brook Location.
- Performance of any non-surgical procedures is at the sole discretion of our medical staff. If you are not an appropriate candidate for a procedure you have purchased, the purchase amount may be applied towards another non-surgical procedure or products that are available on our store.
- *Packages, promotions and discounted prices will expire one year from the date of purchase. After one year, your pre-payment will become a credit balance to use toward services or products of your choice. Monthly administrative fees will apply.
